Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TCG CollectWorld ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages: automated data collection using bots, spiders, crawlers or scrapers; bulk downloading or extracting card data, images or prices; creating derivative databases from data obtained from the Service; reverse-engineering or bypassing access restrictions; commercially exploiting data obtained from the Service; circumventing rate limits; and using proxies, VPNs or multiple accounts to evade access restrictions.

Data use restrictions

All content on TCG CollectWorld, including card data, images, prices, and interface elements, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use data from the Service for machine learning or AI training, redistribute bulk data, create competing products using our data, store or cache data beyond personal non-commercial use, or access data on behalf of third parties for commercial research.

Monitoring & enforcement

We actively monitor access to the Service for compliance, including request pattern analysis, bot detection, rate limiting, and IP address logging. Violations will result in immediate IP blocking, account termination, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies including injunctive relief and monetary damages.

Visit data collection

We collect anonymized visit data for all visitors, including pages visited, general location derived from IP address (the IP itself is not stored), and device type. For non-registered visitors, a random session identifier stored locally is used solely for aggregate analytics. Visit data is deleted after 90 days and is only accessible to administrators for service improvement and security monitoring.

Legal remedies & damages

Unauthorized scraping or violation of these Terms may constitute violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and other computer crime, trespass, and unfair competition laws. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief, pursue damages, recover legal fees, and report violations to law enforcement.

Acceptable use

The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use for collection tracking, browsing card information, building deck lists, and viewing price estimates for personal reference.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is reversible for 30 days, then irreversible. Invoices and anonymized grading and package records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
