Safe harbor compliance

TCG CollectWorld respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), including its safe harbor provisions under Section 512 of the U.S. Copyright Act. If you believe that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice following the procedures below. We are committed to responding promptly to valid notices and removing or disabling access to infringing material.

Filing a takedown notice (Section 512(c)(3))

A valid DMCA takedown notice sent to our designated agent must include: identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; identification of the infringing material, including the specific URL(s) on our platform; your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.

Designated agent

All DMCA takedown notices should be sent to our designated agent via support, with "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line.

Counter-notification process

If you believe material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification including your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement consenting to jurisdiction and accepting service of process, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, and your signature. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we forward it to the original complainant, and if no court action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Response timeline

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 48 hours, review and act within 5–10 business days, and notify the affected user, if applicable, that material has been removed.

Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TCG CollectWorld maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users deemed repeat infringers, and may limit access or terminate accounts of any user who infringes intellectual property rights.
